1. Golden Milk
Our first option is golden milk, which is essentially a turmeric coffee and is a personal favorite of ours. Turmeric is an anti-inflammatory with properties that may help you sleep better.

6. Cherry juice with a tang
Finally, cold weather suggests drinking sour cherry juice before bedtime because it has anti-inflammatory qualities.
